Jaimy works with ladies who are new to the gym, or have anxiety surrounding the gym. She has been a trainer for nearly 3 years and loves helping women find confidence in themselves & build a healthy and sustainable routine to make them feel the best they ever have!

He specialises in endurance training and using exercise to support mental wellbeing. When not working, Ben loves nothing more than being up a mountain or spending time with his fiancée and two children

Ben has been coaching a range of clientele for 9 years. He enjoys coaching everyone using methods of Strength & Conditioning in every session no matter their age or training experience! These methods help build joint stability, whole body mobility/flexibility, muscular strength, and increased cardiovascular health. The whole package!

Adam’s passion for fitness encouraged him to return to the fitness industry as he has a keen desire to encourage other people to increase their own self-confidence within the gym environment as well as to educate them with regards to their diet and nutrition. Adam enjoys weight training but also has a passion for running and share’s Pete’s enthusiasm for the Morecambe Park Run on a Saturday morning (despite finishing miles behind him!

 is originally from South Africa. Sports and fitness has always been a part of his life. He loves a game of squash and played / coached field hockey for many years prior. He has been a personal trainer (inc. pre and post natal qualified) and fitness instructor for 10 years!
